Terms of Service
The short version: BagRun is software that connects businesses with independent drivers. We are not a carrier. Last updated August 2026.
What BagRun is
BagRun is a software platform. We publish runs and let drivers claim them. We do not transport goods or passengers, do not employ drivers, do not set their rates, and do not take a share of what they earn.
Driver status
Drivers are independent operators running their own businesses. You set your own rates, choose your own runs, and are responsible for your own vehicle, licensing, insurance, and taxes. Nothing here creates an employment relationship.
Insurance and licensing
You must carry the coverage your state requires for the work you take, including cargo insurance for material runs. The board will not show you work you are not verified for. Keeping your documents current is your responsibility.
Payment
Contractors pay drivers directly. BagRun's only charge is the subscription described on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.
Conduct
No fronting money for materials, no entering private property without written authorization on the run, no misrepresenting a delivery. Accounts that do any of these are removed.
Liability
BagRun is not a party to the agreement between a contractor and a driver, and is not liable for loss or damage arising from a run. Each party is responsible for their own conduct and coverage.
Changes
We will post material changes to these terms on this page and update the date above.
