Plain language, no games. This describes what BagRun collects, why, and what we never do with it. Last updated August 2026.
What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, phone, vehicle and coverage information for drivers; company and jobsite details for contractors), the runs you post or claim, and location while you have an active run so the other party can see an accurate ETA.
What we do not collect
We do not process or store payments between drivers and contractors, because that money never passes through BagRun. We do not track your location when you have no active run.
Why we collect it
To match runs to eligible drivers, to show accurate status to the party waiting on a delivery, to verify insurance and licensing where a run requires it, and to keep the fairness record behind dispatch ranking.
Who we share it with
The other party to a run sees what they need to complete it: your name, vehicle, rating, and live location during that run. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Proof-of-delivery photos
Photos attached to a run belong to the job. The contractor who posted it can see and export them. Do not photograph people or private interiors without authorization on the run record.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time. Deleting an account removes your profile; completed run records tied to a contractor's job history are retained for their books.
