Privacy

Draft. This covers what BeTV actually does today. Have a lawyer review it before you submit to any app store — this is a starting point written from the build, not legal advice.

What we store

• Playback position — so you can resume a film or episode where you stopped.
• Aggregate view counts — how many people watched a title, and how many saw an ad. Counts, not identities.
• Basic device and connection data — device type, app version, approximate region, sent automatically by your device when it requests video.

What we do not do

• We do not require an account, an email address, or a payment method to watch.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not build advertising profiles that follow you to other services.

Advertising

Ads pay for BeTV. Some are sold directly by us. Others come through advertising partners who may use their own identifiers to measure whether an ad was delivered. Those partners have their own privacy policies.

Children

BeTV is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Your choices

Clearing app data removes stored playback positions from your device. To ask what is held about you or to have it deleted, write to beeasycontractingllc@gmail.com.
